Migros Take Away

It surprised me to discover this early morning in train Italian dressing cup for mozzarella salad was partly open and that made Berne train station Migros Takeaway bought items in bag really dirty and therefore unusable! In addition I discovered sales assistant gave me normal coke instead of coke zero! I called from train on receipt given phone number and complained but friendly employee kept telling me regarding Italian dressing it’s a defect in manufacture! He at least apologised for wrong given coke! Well! Honestly it’s indeed hard to believe his statement because cup looked like it had been slightly opened and the fact that two things were bad at once is enough suspicious!!! Something was wrong with service! Migros employee proposed me to pass by and to tell them what happened and afterwards they will replace unusable bought items! It’s kind but it’s silly to do such a thing! A voucher would be a better amends! And anyway I’m not coming back same day to same train station! It was a great pity because that was my only day occasion to buy food!

Ich arbeite zur Zeit hier ganz in der Nähe und das Offce verfügt leider nicht über eine Kaffeemaschine. Daher das Take Away meine einzige Chance am Morgen wirklich wach zu werden. Die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr freundlich und der Kaffe schafft es jedesmal mich zu erwecken.

I love coming here the food is cheep for Switzerland and they offer 2 hours free wifi!
The «smiley face» cookies and a latte macciatto are my favourite afternoon treat :)
