Delicious chocolates and friendly staff! They take credit card and will let you purchase a bag of any amount of chocolates you want, in addition to the preset box sizes. It was around CHF5 for three small chocolates, which was VERY expensive and honestly not worth the price. However it was worth the experience of trying boutique chocolates in Switzerland.

The Favarger Swiss chocolate factory is now located in Versoix, but the original factory was located right next to where this new boutique in Geneva resides today. The store is highlights the four specialities of the Favarger brand — The Aveline, Tablette, Nougaline, and Fondue. You can find books and information on the history and chocolate making process here as well. You can by the tablettes in most chocolate shops in Switzerland, but here you can also taste some of their home made truffles and seasonal chocolates. These can be viewed in a glass case at the front of the store. You can choose different truffles and fill a box, or just get a couple in a bag, and the weight determines the price. The store is beautiful, and if you like Favarger chocolate this is definitely a place to stop in and visit. I have always found the service here to be very friendly. 100% of the chocolate is manufactured in their Versoix Geneva facility, they roast and produce 100% of their own chocolate mass, 100% of the milk used is from Switzerland, and they use 100% cocoa butter in their chocolates. I find Favarger chocolate to be quite good, but a bit expensive. I especially love their chocolate fondue mixes. I only wish they had samples to taste test here.
