Great place! Friendly staff and great food. The first time I went there I had the Opera menu and it was really tasty! Foie gras with lentils; gambas ravioli; veal(or fish) and cinnamon panna cotta with apples for dessert! The second time I went there to offer a dinner to my boyfriend for his birthday. It was also a great experience. We ordered the Chef’s Menu which has 6 surprise courses! I loved the idea of surprise courses, it’s exciting to see every dish arriving. We had salmon, scallops, pasta with lobster, fois gras, lamb and a dessert. The only remark I can make is that the portion of pasta was way too much for a 6 course menu. I’d suggest to make it smaller since after there’s still 3 courses to go. I’ll post pictures of the dishes.

I ate here pretty often when I was living in Geneva, and I had a good meal every time. The bread they offer is so good, as well as the parmesan cheese they place on the table at the beginning of the meal. Every time I come here I get the rucola salad, and if I’m feeling wild, I’ll get a pasta dish. My favorite one is the truffle ravioli, but I do feel heavier afterward. Their calamari is my all-time favorite, though. It comes with vegetables on the side, and the sauce is the best part. If you get coffee at the end, they’ll even give you a dish with brownies and other sweet goodies!

This is a very popular, often packed, contemporary Italian restaurant located off Plainpalais. My husband and I went there last night for date night and enjoyed a wonderful evening. They seated us 30 minutes after our 9pm reservation however they provided us with complimentary champagne and Parmesan cheese starters while we waited. Upon being seated the service was very prompt and friendly, especially for Geneva. The carpaccio appetizer was wonderful, especially with the artichokes. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was also delicious and very unique. My husband ordered the pasta special, which was a lamb ravioli with white truffles. Overall, delicious restaurant though you will definitely pay for the food quality and service. Our bill was 176 for 3 glasses of wine, 3 appetizers, and 1 main course.

Was here for business dinner. Nice location in Geneva Plainpalais, very central. Though food was not very impressing. Mixed starters were nice. My main course was entrecôte — was not very good I must say. To start with it wasn’t entrecôte but looked like sirloin and not very tender. Potatoes were undercooked. Had much better beef in Geneva in other places.

This is the best contemporary Italian restaurant in town! It’s not a surprise that it’s always full and many of the frequent customers are Italians! The food is amazing and always according to the season, everything tastes good! I had once a pasta with truffles that was divine, the only issue is that now I compare all the other pastas with truffles with the one of Trois Verres and I’m always disappointed because that one WASPERFECT! They also have an amazing selection of Italian wines, including the great ColleMassari(you gotta try this wine). They also don’t disappoint with the dessert and they have Café Gourmand, which I love, meaning having a selection of several small desserts and a coffee, just yummy and perfect if you can’t make your mind for after dinner! The place itself is lovely, intimate and the service goes really well along with everything else. Top quality and one of my favorite places in Geneva!
