This bar plays a great selection of 90’s Rock music and is a fairly cozy atmosphere for a bar. It’s cash only and not sure there are many ATMs nearby, so come prepared. Drinks are cheap and everyone seems pretty friendly.
Get there early (before 10:30) if you want some space, as it gets quite crowded being the only bar open late. The couches are awesome, if you can get them!

I spent a week in Grindelwald on vacation and visited the Avocado bar daily (sometimes more than once). This place is awesome!
The bartenders are super friendly, music is great, the drinks are reasonably priced, and there are plenty of spots (including couches, tables) for you to hang out with your friends after a day on the slopes or whatever you’ve been up to while in Switzerland.
So good!

Great bar owned by a delightful Aussie named Alex. If you are in Grindelwald this is where you should come to drink.
Chill atmosphere, comfy furniture, good, cheap drinks, and a charming Australian bar owner. What more could you want?
BTW, get there early if you want the couches. ;)

Die Bar ist Top!!!
Urgemütlich, nette Leute, super freundliche Bedienung, ausgefallenes und flippiges Mobiliar und die Musik stimmt auch. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
