Although the food was a good value for the money we were drastically overcharged for the house wine: the equivalent of $ 80 USD for a wine served in a carafe. The waiter shrugged his shoulders when questioned about it despite the fact that the joint was practically empty. I think customer satisfaction has a different meaning in Switzerland.
