a really good and special restaurant. it has lots of history /tradition and they cook their meals with ingredients they produce on their own organic farm! what theyre famous for too is their wine cellar(i havent been there yet) Food: good quality and everything was made like i ordered it. excellent meat quality(theyre famous for their pigs and their galloway cattle as they only eat natural gras on the farm and you can even see them out of the window from the restaurant!) Service: very friendly and courteous service. they have an own sommelier that works there and helps you with your wine choice. Ambience: traditional-noble restaurant. very swiss typical and its located right next to the ruin farnsburg(like 10mins walk away) totally the place to go if you want to enjoy high-quality food(and you even know that they made it themselves) and enjoy some good wine!
