Wonderful local restaurant in the lovely wine growing village of St. Blaise near the town of Neuchatel. They specialize in fondue. We had the Fondue Trio which gave us the opportunity to sample three different fondues. This was more than sufficient to feed four people. The atmosphere couldn’t be more authentic when a table full of regulars breaks into renditions of old French melodies. If there is room in your stomach after finishing the fondue, try the meringue dessert. It is very good, also!
