Airline food is gourmet compared to this place. Would give it zero stars if I could. First off the staff was argumentative, not helpful at all, and would gossip about the guests behind their back. They also accused us of ordering incorrect item even though the entire table heard the order. One is also expected to eat a stew with a fork and a kid’s cheese pizza was so bad 7-year old would not eat it. Save your money and get something at the airport Coop grocery store.

We were late getting in, and had an early flight in the morning, so for convenience’s sake, we decided to give Filini, Radisson Blu’s house restaurant, a try. We ordered two starters, under Nibbles, the Pork Sausage(CHF12), made with braised chicory and cracked Nicaraguan cacao, and under Appetizer, Scallops(CHF19). I ordered the Aged Swiss Prime Beef(320 Grams /CHF 49), which included Roasted Carrots, Baked Garlic, Sticky Rosemary Jus and an additional side dish. I got the Grilled Vegetables with Rosemary and Smoked Garlic(ordinarily CHF6). My wife ordered Paccheri with Shallot Purée(CHF22), pasta, mushrooms, truffle jus and crispy pancetta. One of the best items served was the focaccia bread and cracker bread — really really good! And, after four weeks in Italy, our first free water! Don’t forget to ask for house water, because they will be happy to sell you a bottle of still water for CHF9.50. All in all, I would say the food, although expensive,(understandable, being Switzerland /Zürich /airport location), was better than I would have expected at an airport hotel. It was the service that disappointed us. Three and ½ Stars.
