Everything is super expensive (but hey, it’s Switzerland AND an airport), there is no specific wifi (the airport wifi is limited to 30m) and it’s located right before the x-​ray security check which also get ride of your liquids, so either take a seat and have a cup of overpriced coffee or forget about it, as you will have to say goodbye to your coffee about 5m later.

The sibling of many other Starbucks you encounter worldwide. Although not a fan, same quality coffee you would find at other locations, except this one comes with a hefty price tag in swiss francs. I personally prefer Nero Café’s located throughout the UK and a couple of other European countries. Please take my advice and try Nero, once you do, you’ll be a loyal fan forever.

Nice clean Starbucks. Friendly staff. Their coffee is stronger than in the U.S., so if you like strong coffee, you’ll be happy, if you don’t, ask for a lot of milk.

Hier ist es ganz praktisch, wenn man noch genug Zeit hat um sich hinzusetzen, einen Kaffee geniessen und etwas arbeiten, da es ja Wifi vom Flughafen Zürich gibt. Wieso ich kurz schreibe? Weil dieses nach 2 Stunden leider abläuft. :)
Meistens steht man hier in der Schlange, doch es gibt zum Glück viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Gegessen habe ich hier noch nie, weil ich es 1. überteuert finde und 2. siehts leider nicht sooooooo frisch aus — was ich für den stolzen Preis halt einfach erwarte — da hole ich mir lieber was beim Steiner und esse es genüsslich vor dem Boarding oder im Flugzeug! :)
Gerne für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp, doch falls kein Muss, dann lieber wo anders hin! :)

Pretty slow service and I got yelled at for taking a picture of the menu which is a first for me in starbucks (Maybe some competition thing). The coffee was the usual and food looked pretty good.

Expensive good coffee. The blueberry muffin tasted soppy. The service was ok. Many seats available but mostly occupied.

Very dissapointing Star bucks…
It is a very dirty star bucks, unfriendly staff and you feel in the middle of the crowd.
You should better go to the other star bucks at the airport (closer to the entrance to the terminals).

The issue with Zurich airport is that the stuff inside the security zone are expensive and not really attractive. If I get here early enough, I would just stop by here for breakfast (my flight is usually around 10 or 11 am back). The price is relatively good (hey man, you are in Switzerland!) and you are in a familiar environment that you can find at home.

Biggest bonus of this Starbucks: Nice for junkies to get a java recharge directly before the departure gates. It also has a vast seating lounge (though my gripe is once in a while big groups of non-​customers
sit down in their lounge area while customers like me are left standing).
It’s the usual high priced Starbucks menu here (high in comparison to the US!) and the staff are multi-​lingual (as they are in other countries too).
No Starbucks special Wi-​Fi, but the Zurich airport gives you 60 minutes of free Wi-​Fi if you register your mobile phone (and it sends you a SMS with a code to login). Not helpful for those without international messaging plans though (one of my guest from the US had this problem). But I helped him by registering it myself so I can receive the SMS code, so problem averted!

Immer wieder schön das «Starbucks– Erlebnis».
Für mich als Kaffee– Junkie unvermeidlich als Zwischenstopp.
Der Standort hier ist kleiner als viele, die ich kenne, aber es gibt alles ;-)
