I am a huge fan of duck noodles, but unfortunately it’s not so easy to find good duck noodles in Singapore.
The duck noodles here are really delicious though; the noodles are very Q Q and have a really great texture to them. I also found the meat to be very tender and fresh. I usually order the dry version, because the gravy really appeals to me. The gravy has a really nice «stewed» zing to them, and it really enhances the flavor of the noodles.
The one aspect of duck noodles that I really place a huge importance on is the soup, and the herbal soup served here is really addictive. I usually find that one single bowl is not enough and I always try to ask for a 2nd bowl.
Overall, this is one of the best bowl of duck noodles that you’ll find around the West; don’t miss this when you pass by!
