It’s pricey. $ 3.30 for a plain churros. The dough was half cooked on the inside though the outside is completely crispy and brown. I’m guessing it’s because the oil temperature was too high. The sugar was coated evenly on the surface and you will bite into lumps.

The marketing slogan of this Korean outfit is that they’re «better than a boyfriend». I don’t know about that, since I’ve never had a boyfriend, but here girls can find what they’re looking for. They’re Thick. They’re Long. And they’re Warm. Yeah, the churros here are great. They’re both crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And the cinnamon dusting on mine was generous yet not excessive. Instead of the usual smaller churros served with chocolate dip, those here are the giant kind you’d find at a carnival or street fair. I had mine with soft serve ice cream, which though milky(though not as milky as the Ikea soft serve) was a touch sweet. The ice cream was okay but didn’t really complement the churro. I felt they would’ve been better value on own as the combination was less than the sum of its parts(for reference: $ 5.90 for the ice cream/churro set, $ 2.80 for just ice cream, $ 3.30 for a plain churro and $ 3.50 for one with cinnamon or sugar). I went back for the chocolate-coated churro, to see how it measured up to one dunked in chocolate. Sadly it was about a third shorter and possibly less thick than the non filled varieties. Though the chocolate inside was pretty good — a thicker version of chocolate Churro dipping sauce.
