Courts

We’ve been to Courts a few times to pick up appliances with the UK plugs. Our first purchase was a Bosch upright vacuum with a charging station, but it only lasted 3 months before our housekeeper threw out the filter and ran it without one, ruining the motor. It was discontinued by Bosch, so getting parts to fix it was not an option.
We ended up going back to Courts to replace our vacuum and got one with a bag that plugs in to the wall in order to prevent any more costly mistakes. The sales gentleman knew his stuff and was VERY helpful!
We also ended up picking up a Bosch 1250V food processor as well. He gave us a full demo and we got a deal on both since we bought two high ticket items. You will need to negotiate, but they will work with you, which I found odd since they DO NOT do that in the U.S. at chain appliance/​electronic stores.
Both items are working well and I LOVE our food processor. It makes eating Paleo so much easier!
4 out of 5 stars for me because our sales person on our first trip was not very knowledgeable. It’s hit or miss on their expertise, but sometimes you luck out.

I walked in needing to buy a dual cordless handset for my home, so I asked the first person I saw. And what a gem she turned out to be. Not only did she walk me right to the correct section in seconds (okay, so it was RIIIIGHT next to her), but she also helped show me which models fit what I needed (dark coloured, small, intercom function). She hunted down the right colours, opened up the boxes to a how me what the handsets looked like, did a quick feature and cost comparison for me… BRILLIANT. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Now if I could only remember her name… Look for her at the mobile phone section.
