Fiesta Lechon – Kopitiam Velocity @ Novena Square

inspired by jireh and driven by a sisig craving!
i descended upon fiesta lechon in the newly renovated environs of kopitiam velocity @ novena square.
the stall has a whole new attractive clean look.
colourful photographic menu board shouting come eat me!
i was only after their sizzling sisig.
$ 10 becomes $ 9 with a kopitiam card.
still ex i reckon, as the portion seemed to have diminished after renovations.
a quick heating of the hot plate and the pork started oozing delectable fattiness.
next, a cracked egg and garnish of a chilli padi, a lime and it is ready to be eaten.
taste is ok and service was fast.
