Grilled crab at its best. It is perfectly grilled as the crab meat is cooked but yet juicy. Raw look from the shell with a mixture of pepper and salt and I just can’t stop licking it! If the shell taste nice in itself, then wait till the shell is pry open. The thick flesh is sweet and slightly juicy. It mixed very well with the source provided(I.e. mayonnaise, self-made chilli source and wasabi) and it is a very rewarding experience. This is topped with rich crab eggs within it. What a dish. Yummy!
