Although it is opened and run by 2 young people, the taste of the char siew rice cannot be compared. I heard that the main partner went to Hong Kong to try and get the master there to teach him how to make roast meat. He then flew back here and found another partner and they worked on the recipe together.
The meat is tender and succulent and really yummy with the rice and sauce. This stall’s rice is not too soggy or hard just nice texture. The roasted meat is also yummy and not too much fat but at the same time the skin is roasted to a crispy texture.
The price is also quite affordable and their service is good. They are not proud at all. A good option if you want to try a new char siew stall.
