Killiney Kopitiam

Good food, but there is this one aunty that just absolutely hate people. I dont know how you stay open that long with that lady running the cashier. There is so many kopitiam in singapore, I wont be coming back.
To be working in hospitality industry, first you need hospitality.

If they want more business they have got to get their act together. If customer is waiting grab it first then do what u got to do to fix what they need. Don’t leave then standing and waiting. Staff attitude definitely needs an overhaul.

This is a difficult place to find because it is located in the basement level. It’s actually next door to the McDonald’s behind Shiraz on Orchard.
Like all Killiney’s, this place located off Orchard was a regular place for me to go to get coffee. Very good cheap breakfasts eats here. For $S4.50 (about $US4), you can purchase a coffee, soft boiled egg, and French Toast. They offer a take out as well. The French Toast is similar to French Toast back at home (toast battered in egg) but unique in the kind of bread used and served with kaya, a coconut flavored jam that’s pretty good.
I do not know how they do it, but their coffee, served with sweet condensed milk is always perfect. I seldom drink coffee with milk or sugar, but when I come here, I have it the way they serve it and it’s always the best.
