4-stars for the prata range of food here as I am a sucker for good traditional prata. Ate the prata bomb with butter and sugar. Love it as the butter oozes out with every slice and it has a floury taste that I could not find for a long time. Don’t be mistaken. It is nicely cooked. The flour taste is not a result of uncooked prata but due to its thick cut from normal prata. You hv to try it to understand what I mean. The tuna prata is also something interesting. A mixture between normal prata and sardines«mutabah».
