Starbucks

Starbucks is the place to go when one is attempting to write something, study for something or simply a place to chill and gossip with your friends.
Most people will go there for the ice-​blended coffee, but how many really goes there for the food? Honestly, Starbucks is by far, the only place I know in town that serves awesome beef pie. Sure, it’s already there for half the day waiting for someone to buy it, but it still tastes pretty good once heated up (you can’t have everything). Where else in Singapore can you get a deep-​dish beef pie that oozes out with the cheese? Most of the pies I know, it’s more 70% pastry, 30% fillings. Rarely, the proportions are balanced out.
Another favourite of mine will be their eggwhite wrap. Afraid of packing on the calories? Eggwhite, mushroom, peppers and cheese filled to the brim in the wrap is sufficient to fill you up without feeling guilty. Next time at Starbucks, do try out their food, it’s actually quite good!
