Yong Tau Foo

Yong Tau Foo is located in Food Republic inside Ion Orchard.
While having a time out during my weekend in Singapore, we decided to come to Food Republic to get a snack. It is just not right to be hungry while in Singapore!
My sister ended up ordering a Yong Tau Foo Soup ($ 6) for us to share. A healthy option as it is really vegetables, tofu, meatballs and whatever you can select from the display. I will definitely recommended to add $ 1 to upgrade the broth to a spicy one as the plain one tasted pretty bland. The ingredients though were fresh and tasty.
I don’t know why there was no Yong Tau Foo (Stuffed tofu) in my soup?!
