I visit Andy Pan almost every time I pass through Hong Kong. Be prepared with photos of what you like and allot enough time if you want a perm. Also, call in advance to make an appointment. A cut and a perm are around 1000 HKD. I find his perms to be very undamaging. He speaks Cantonese and English (no Mandarin).
