This is probably one of the famous noodles places in the Tai Po Market. Been coming here since they where just one small noodles shop next to the hardware store which they ultimately took over to expand its current location.
To be fair, the quality of the food in general is just OK as compared to what you pay. Braised beef brisket with wonton in noodle soup accompanied by an ice tea with lemon is what i normally order when i go here.
If i am feeling hungry, i would add a rice noodle (炸兩) that is wrapped in «fried donut», which in direct translation is «fried twice». But the «fried twice» has no correlation in actual food item. If i dont get this, then I would get a steamed rice noodle with BBQ pork.
For the cold winter season, i would get a hot pot rice of some sort or a nice hot congee for warmth.
