Audi has grown exponentially over past few years and you just need to look on the street to see how many new Audis there are on the road. I had joined the bandwagon myself for a while and now I am completely off it– let me tell you why.
I bought a new car from Audi previously and from delivery the car has given nothing but trouble. Now this might just be a stroke of bad luck on my part hence this review will not be based on the car itself but rather the service I got from these people at Premium Motors. The showroom may be nice and everything is quite sleek and swanky, in line with the corporate image. Smiley faces everywhere and their showroom is a nice place to be in general.
It was too bad that the car didn’t fare so well and I don’t drive an Audi now. But this may not happen to everyone– I can say that showroom is an extremely nice place be and the second level is more like a lounge than anything. There are events held there which lets Audi drivers mingle which I find to be a nice touch in customer service.
The showroom is a showcase of what Audi branding is– its sleek, its futuristic and very Germanic.
