Conveniently located above the Kowloon MTR station. I like this place during the cooler season as you can sit outside. Drinks are standard and the food quality is just PAR. Good place to bring friends from out of town of just hanging out with friends for drinks.
I normally come hear for drinks and have dinner elsewhere in Elements
