Tang Lung Street is famous for Chaozhou cuisine and people come here for dinner /​supper. However, the lunch here is also very good. I randomly came here for lunch myself looking for something simple. There set lunch is pretty cheap here (36 — 40 HKD). The char kway teow (炒贵刁) is hot and freshly made (夠鑊氣). The best part is, surprisingly, the service! There is only 1 waiter serving today and he take care of the customers so well. Like the disk may come slowly, he set my expectation by asking me to enjoy the soup first as the kitchen is a bit busy. Later he asked me if it is too spicy, and tell me to order less spicy next time if needed. I’m impressed!
