Muy ricas con sus carnes ecológicas, sabe a fresco y no se diga el pan! Delicioso ! Regresare en mi próxima visita a Barcelona

Com sempre, fantàstic. Unes hamburgueses de vici… La japonesa, la meva preferida de sempre continúa sent igual de bona, i les patates bravas talladas a mà amb allioli… No cal dir res més!

No voy a descubrir el Bacoa a estas alturas. Grandes hamburguesas debajo de casa. Hoy ha tocado la asturiana:
. 220 gr. de ternera con una mezcla de queso azul danés y Cabrales y cebolla caramelizada.
Hoy tengo que decir en su contra que la cerveza estaba poco fría… Pero desde luego que es 1000×1000 recomendable.

Lack of taste and love for the food, there is no ketchup only there homemade one and a burger with no ketchup is not a burger.

Staff were very friendly, giving us a run down of the ordering procedure. Had the seasonal burger and thought it was one of the better burgers I’ve had. For 7.50, the burger was priced ok. Avoid the fries though. That was an unnecessary add on at 3.90. Still, great service and good food for 5 stars.

Es de estos lugares que si no fuera por Unilocal,no descubriría. Me adentré por la zona del Born-​Santa Caterina paseando buscando lugar para poder saciar mi estómago que reclamaba comer algo contundente aunque ligero y de forma rápida… y acerté!
Decir que es una pequeña hamburguesería situada justo detrás del Mercat de Santa Caterina. Elegí una hamburguesa de pechuga de pollo. El pan esponjoso, un poco tostado y sin ese típico sabor industrial. El pollo muy gustoso y jugoso al estar bien marinado, según ellos más de 12 horas, junto con la cebolla, tomate y lechuga.
El local es pequeñito, y con poco sitio para sentarse. El servicio rápido, simpático y atento. La carta, tendrán unas 8 – 10 hamburguesas y para picar unas 6 propuestas. La carne 100% del país, el pan lo amasan y preparan ellos cada día, la carne en ningún momento es congelada-​descongelada, las patatas naturales y cortadas a mano y las salsas hechas por ellos. Todo 100% natural.
Así que ya no tenéis excusa. Si queréis una buena hamburguesa, sabrosa, gustosa y de cualidad, Bacoa es uno de las hamburgueserías ha acudir.
¿Y de precios como andamos? La clássica 5,50 €, la que comí yo de pollo 6,50 € y la doble más completa 8,50 €. Podréis saciar vuestro estómago sin vaciar buestros volsillos!

The burger was (pretty) good, it was well cooked and substantial. However, I wouldn’t be convinced of the overall quality of the meat. The toppings I got on my burger (the bacoa) were delicious. The bun was terrible, I went for the ‘integral’ and for whatever reason it wasn’t toasted, which worsened the messiness of the situation because of the slippy, soft bun. The patatas bravas were not great either, but not bad.
I wouldn’t ever hold it against a restaurant for me not enjoying the meal, but what made the experience largely unenjoyable was the misleading menu. The burgers are pretty expensive themselves and add ons like sauces or cheese are not given prices on the ordering menu. You could end up paying 13 Euros for a burger and French fries if you’re not paying attention, which is far and above the quality of the food you’re getting. I shouldn’t have to calculate what I’m paying for a burger, it should be obvious from what I’m ordering.

Great location, great stuff (burgers, fries, etc.) — could eat it every day. The location was easy to find, direcly at la ramblas

When you’ve just landed in Barcelona from a 10 hour flight, checked into your hotel and have now been up a full 24 hours, something reminiscent from home comes to mind… a great tasting burger.
Bacoa is that place… even my mom was impressed and she’s not a burger person.

Was looking forward to trying the lamb burger… either I missed it on the menu or it isn’t available at this location… guess there has to be a next time!

Hmmmmm. Well, the burgers are large and the meat is pretty solid. Fries are pretty well done, though a bit flavorless. However the buns are terrible — way too thick and large, flavorless bread that crumbles two minutes after you get your order. The service was surly and unhelpful (e.g. We tried to order a veggie patty with different toppings than what the menu suggests… and were told repeatedly no). The sauces were just ok. And the prices can get fairly high if you want any extras or order any drinks. Maybe we are biased being from the United States, but there are fast food joints and chains that do burgers better (In n Out, Five Guys, Red Robin) much less restaurants. So… a solid meh.

A este sitio hay que venir por las hamburguesas. Son de las mejores que he probado en Barcelona.
La carne está buenísima y cualquier hamburguesa son 250 gramos de carne, así que salir con el estómago bien lleno está asegurado.
Proponen combinaciones muy interesantes. Si te gustan los quesos, tienen un par muy buenas con queso azul y gruyère. Yo aposté por la Asturiana porque me encanta el queso azul y ¡estaba de sobresaliente! El pan también está muy rico y lo hacen ellos.
El chico que nos atendió era fenomenal. Se preocupó de explicarnos cada hamburguesa y nos aconsejó según lo que cada uno le dijimos que nos gustaba.
El único ‘pero’ es que el local es pequeñísimo y no invita a comer relajado. Te pides la hamburguesa, comes y te marchas. La próxima vez probaré en el local que tienen cerca de Universitat que es bastante más amplio.
Pero me quedó con ganas de repetir :)

Después de andar unas horas por el centro nos apetecía una buena hamburguesa así que lo primero que hicimos fue consultar a Unilocal!:P
Había una lista de las hamburgueserías recomendadas cerca de donde nos encontrábamos y entre ellas el Bacoa. Descubrimos que había otro cerca de la Barceloneta pero nos fuimos detrás del Mercat de Santa Caterina.
El local es muy pequeñito pero me gustó el rollo que tiene. Justo se levantó una pareja del banquito cuando entramos y en seguida nos sentamos (cuesta encontrar sitio aquí!) y justo después nos dimos cuenta que en la pizarra decían que primero haces tu pedido y luego ya te sientas… nada… cosas de novatas! A la próxima lo haremos bien.
Yo que soy una GRAN FAN de la carne, la adoro, quería saber si estarían tan buenas como decían… y efectivamente! Y eso que no pedí que me la hicieran cruda… Nos pedimos una Asturiana (con queso cabrales) fuerte fuerte. que para mi gusto un pelín demasiado queso que quitaba sabor a la carne pero ya se sabe con este tipo de quesos.
Nos pedimos también unas patatas tipo artesanas, cortadas grandes y con piel muy buenas. En la mesa tienes los biberones para ponerte la salsa que quieras: ketchup dulce, ketchup picante, salsa brava (especialmente buena), mayonesa, etc…
Lo que me hizo mucha gracia fue que en la barra lateral izquierda (que ocupa lo largo de toda la pared para aprovechar al máximo el espacio) tiene unos banquitos individuales con una cesta debajo para que guardes el bolso, la mochila o lo que sea que lleves encima. Muy buena idea para poder comer tranquilamente y despreocuparte de vigilar tus cosas.
Al final, hamburguesa, compartir patatas y una agua nos salió a 10 € por persona y te quedas a reventar!

If you’re looking for a really hearty meal in Barcelona, this is it. Their burgers are huge. It’s greasy, filling, and heavy, like in the States. They have so many different flavors and cuts of meat, and different toppings.
I got the beef burger with a potato crostini and melted cheese. Yup literally as rich and as satisfying as it sounds. So good. The burger got everywhere though!
Four stars because it was soooo huge and messy, and I would rather pay less for just a slightly smaller burger. Also very unfriendly for vegetarians!

When in Barcelona, eat as the locals eat… hamburguesa!
Yes, there are some good hamburger places sprouting up in Barcelona. This little spot was tucked in the maze-​like alleys of El Born, alongside tapas spots and terrazas.

Bacoa, del mismo grupo que Kiosko, pero en versión tranquila. Menos colas, más relax y sin presión de acabar rápido para liberar la mesa. Normalmente está lleno y básicamente por turistas ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de Barcelona.
Mi teoría hamburguesera es que el nivel delicatessen es directamente proporcional a como te queden de pringosos los dedos al comerla; y con bacoa necesitas una buena limpieza de manos! Mi elección es una Burgos (Burger de Cordeo y lechal con D.O. Burgos y D.O. Aragón con pimiento rojo asado y queso de cabra) con mostaza y pepinillos. El ambiente es bueno, excelente música y servicio rápido. El precio, he de confesar que a bote pronto parace barato, pero no es así. La primera cifra es de la hamburguesa sola, después como vas con hambre le vas añadiendo 3 o 4 toppings para que la hamburguesita sea mucho más sabrosa y la cuenta se te va. De beber, hay todos los modelos de Moritz y también disponen de cervezas artesanas (muy de moda ahora).
Quizás empezando siendo lo más (creo fueron unos de los primeros en ofrecer hamburguesas gourmet), pero desde mi punto de vista han aparecido muchísimas alternativas donde tanto el lugar como la tranquilidad (menos turistas) han desbancado del podio a este lugar.
Pero eso sí, si andas por el centro y te mueres de hambre. Bacoa es un buen lugar.

Por si originalidad, por el buen trato, lo agradable que es el sitio le doy 5 estrellas. En cuanto a la hamburguesa que me comí no fue la mejor de mi vida pero sin duda un buen sitio al que ir. Tengo que repetir para probar más cosas de la carta.
Un gran punto a su favor también es que las hamburguesas son caseras e incluso puedes pedirla a tu antojo, formarla como tu quieras.
Volveré.

Desde el primer día que abrieron y las probé, no como hamburguesas en ningún sitio. Tienes que ir antes de las dos del mediodía, sino harás cola. El servicio es bastante rápido y no dejéis de probar las salsas.

This is my number 1 place in BCN for tasty gourmet burgers. It’s owned by the same people of El Kiosko; what I love about this location is that’s a great hole in the wall!
Don’t get me wrong… the eating is just as messyband delicous as many other burgers places. What really makes a difference is the type of burgers you’ll encounter here. Fresh high quality ingredients and of course not so common. Lamb, brie, foie, oax, etc.
Impressed with the Japanese burger i must say that sauce is deliiiiiiicious! Great hole in the wall.
Definetly a must try.

La mejor hamburguesa de Barcelona sin lugar a dudas. Todas las hamburguesas son de 250gr, a destacar la Asturiana y la Manchega. Para los atrevidos la Little Bacoa, son dos hamburguesas de 150gr cada una. El local es pequeño y suele estar lleno, pero merece la pena la espera.

Great burgers and a change from tapas. Get the bravas as a side so you can try the sauces on the tables. This place can be a little difficult to find. It’s down the street from Santa Catarina market on Carrer de Freixures.

Que se puede decir, sin duda las hamburguesas del Bacoa están en el Top3 de Barcelona. Excelentes, con un sabor delicioso. Eso si, al principio el pan era mejor (¿Hecho por ellos?)

Very good juicy burgers. Music level is below average which was nice. We had a summer special with pineapples. Small restaurant though. One large shated table for 8, 8 seats in a row and 2 seats facing a corner. Only spanish menu so I had to Google the menu.

The burgers here are pretty much phenomenal. Not a lot else to say. The meat is clearly recently ground and cooked well (seared crispy with red inside, thin patties). All the accoutrements and house sauces are fantastic as well. Even the rustic potatoes, which are tough to make as crispy as they do. And you can’t beat the price for Born/​Gothic

The burgers are really great! The burger is massive and the patties seems to be homemade. The quality of the ingredients is good.
You have to fill out a form what kind of burger you want, if you want fries or any extras on the burger and what you want to drink. You hand in this form, have to pay upfront and when your burger is ready the will call out your number.

If you’re a tourist and happen to get a little tired of tapas or seafood, Bacoa has a nice offering of burgers including a solid vegetarian patty and good fries. The concept is well played out in the States, but after a week in Barca, we enjoyed a change of culinary pace with hearty burgers.

Big burgers for the money. This place (to me) is a better deal for a filling lunch than going to a sit down restaurant. Lots of toppings and great sauces to complement a fresh grilled patty. Patatas are separate but worth it (if you can fit them). You can spend under 10 € and leave more than full.
This is the type of burger place I have been looking for since I got to Barcelona. Big and messy, just like back in the states!

Excelente restaurante, las. hamburguesas son impresionantes, la carne muy buena y las combinaciones también. El sitio es algo pequeño pero muy original todo, las mesas estan algo mal distribuidas para comer a gusto pero tampoco. importa mucho. El precio es razonable, barato para mi gusto y lo. que he podido ver, repetiría sin duda.

Small burger joint crowded both for lunch and dinner. It’s noisy, the tables are sticky and it’s not very comfortable. Amazing burgers though. Good contestant for best burgers in Barcelona.

Volvería de no ser por el estrés que supone la imposibilidad de encontrar un sitio cómodo donde disfrutar de tu hamburguesa.
Lo recomiendo… cuando quieres comprarte una hamburguesa para comer en casa!

La hamburguesa está ok, pero lejos de ser la mejor. Las papas son malas y cobran 20 centavos por un sachet de mayonesa.

Super Burger zu einem Spitzenpreis. Wenn man mal zwischendurch nen leckeren Burger essen möchte ohne groß gemütlich sitzen zu wollen dann ist man hier genau richtig! Sehr zu empfehlen.

A mi me ha parecido también muy buena, al menos en cuanto al contenido, pero el pan estaba muy seco y se desmigaba entero. Con un pan mejor le podría dar la cuarta estrella.
No te puedes sentar, hay muy poco sitio, así que es difícil sujetar la cerveza (a no ser que seas capaz de comer la hamburguesa con una sola mano).
Estoy seguro de que hay mejores sitios para comerse una buena hamburguesa en Barcelona.

Yo creía que conocíà la mejor hamburguesería de Barcelona pero no. Bacoa es sin duda alguna la mejor de la mejor! (…de momento). La descubrí este fin de semana pasado y madre mia peazo hamburguesas. Carne de verdad, 250 gramos o una doble de 300 para los que puedan con ella, porque yo casi no puedo terminarme la normal. Y encima las hacen cruditas por dentro, super jugosas, riquisimas!!! Y con el pan crujientito recien hecho… oh! No lo dudéis gente, ni un momento.
El local es pequeño y dificil de sentarse pero como es ‘comida rápida’, la gente circula y si tienes paciencia y un poco de suerte, disfrutarás sentado de una delicia única.

Das Lokal ist zwar etwas versteckt aber dafür sind die Burger mit ordentlich Fleisch gefüllt und richtig gut.

Hacía tiempo que me venían hablando de esta hamburguesería. No es popular en toda la ciudad, pero sí dentro de los vecinos del sector del Mercado de Santa Caterina. Porciones abundantes y una respetable variedad de «extras» para que te la preparen exactamente como te gusta.
La idea es que uno llega a la barra y toma un formulario. Entonces marca el tipo de hamburguesa que desea, los complementos y la guarnición. Olvídense de esperar al camarero, porque no existe. Y luego de una corta espera aparece uno de los simpáticos cocineros con el producto listo para ser consumido.
