Lavalocker

This service has been exactly what I needed. I’m staying in an apartment with no washer/​dryer and don’t have time to sit around at a laundromat. I haven’t tried the locker service, just using pickup & delivery direct to my place. Make an order online, gets picked up within a few hours, dropped off 48 hrs later. They do both regular laundry and dry cleaning. It’s not super cheap (€ 20 – 30 for a week’s worth of laundry, including pickup & delivery) but it’s on the order of what a hotel would charge.

This place is awesome! So nice to be able to avoid the laundromats. It’s a convenient and simple service, very handy when traveling and I imagine the locals make great use of it too. Keep up the good work!

Great service! Cool system, simple and really easy to use.
Just left my clothes in one of the lockers, placed my order over the phone and had it back washed and ironed already the next day.

Wow. This place is a mess. My friend and I have been traveling for months and get our laundry done every few cities. We don’t have a ton, so it’s usually about 5 – 7 euros. We find out here there’s a 6 kilo minimum so even though we only had 4 kilos– we were charged the full price.
We try to use the discount (25%) found online and are informed since we are not residents we cannot use the discount. Come on…
After we finally decide it’s not worth our time or energy to A) argue or B) find some place else we commit to the laundry service. The guy promises our laundry will be done at the latest the next night @ 6:30PM. That’s about a 28 hour turn around. Unimpressed.
Fast forward to tonight at 6:45 PM and drum roll… Laundry isn’t ready.
2 hours later than promised our laundry is finally finished and SMELLS TERRIBLE.
I get it, we’re a little dirtier than the usual Spaniards dropping off laundry. But for it to come back smelling worse??? I literally don’t understand. My black stuff was covered in lint and faded. I just can’t get over the fact that our stuff stinks and we paid ELEVEN EUROS for it to be like that.
Punch me in the face. Never. Again.

Lavalocker has made my life so much easier! I’m staying in Barcelona for an internship and I hate going to sketchy Laundromats! Lavalocker washed and iron my clothes and dry cleaned my slacks and shirts for under 20 euros! Im definitely going to keep using this service while i’m here!!!
