Please do yourself a favor and go to Sauc! My husband and I had the most lifechanging dinner here for our Honeymoon and we will absolutely return when we visit Barcelona next. The place is absolutely beautiful inside, the staff is so informative, helpful and kind. We did the Chef’s tasting menu and tried some of the most innovative, special and remarkable foods that we have ever tried. We are huge foodies and were totally blown away. If you love adventures but guaranteed delicious food, please please please go to Sauc.
But do the tasting menu so you can try all the amazing menu items!

Don’t go here unless you are a serious gourmand and have 3 hours! If you are the above then this will be the culinary experience of a lifetime. I was recommended this place by Hotel Arts where I was staying. Made the trip to the city center to meet up with a local friend the we both walked over to try it. The tasting menu with wine pairing seemed the way to go. Needless to say there were at least 10 dishes that were served with amazing style and presentation. Each dish was a culinary wonder. I regret that we rushed through the dessert and skipped the coffee but it was already 3 hours and I explained to them that it was no reflection on their amazing culinary skills. We opted for the Tasting Menu Tast, which is smaller than the Tasting Menu Sauc but so filling that we couldn’t imagine eating anything more. 3 appetizers, 4 courses, cheese and 2 appetizers. The portions seem tiny at first but then you realize they’re so delicious and rich that you feel full quickly.
Our tasting menu came with clams, duck fois gras, potato and crab soup, tuna belly, duck, cod fish and crispy pork. They describe the food type as Classic Spanish with a modern spin.
The most stand out of everything was by far the service. They described each dish, filled water and wine frequently, and even offered to walk me to the bathroom. Especially nice: they altered my dishes to be dairy free to accommodate my dietary needs.
Our tasting was 78 euro pp not including drinks. We were completely stuffed afterwards, even with our big American appetites.
