Commercial but good way to ease into tapas scene. Prices are on the higher side but quality is good.
Takes awhile to get the attention of someone to seat you. Just go past the bar and be more vocal.
easy to order as everything is pictured on the table menu. We ordered the assortment of mantiditos and some tapas (potato bravado was surprisingly the best I had in my visit, peppers were great). We also enjoyed the Spanish sausage and mushroom seasonal dish– would highly reccomend.
Ambiance is lacking and very touristy, but clean and well lit.

Convenient place to stop after the fountain show at Montjuic. Huge menu with a ton of different options.
Ordered a variety of dishes; padron peppers (my favorite!), tortilla, croquettes, and paella. Everything was very good!

Mal trato por parte de los mozos. No le pusieron mucho entusiasmo. Las gambas a la plancha, no valian el precio. Las patatas bravas, un manjar.

They have a very nice selection of tapas and they taste really good. We also had a paella which was great.
I’d go there again if I had the time.
Prices are good. Highly recommended.

Simply the worst place. You can get tapas for the same price and incomparably better quality at so many other places in the old city and eixample. Possibly the worst meal we have ever eaten when considering quality for price

Food was good. They have a menu with numbers and each number corresponds to a particular tapa. Number 10 «Tuna salad» was delicious.
Not that expensive.
Staff was friendly.
Good location. Close to Casa Battlo.

Tasty tapas. Love the tomato bread which i ate in each restaurant in Barcelona. All tapas are tasty but with seafood is better and iberian ham is tasty too.

Best view tapa restaurant. Nice to drink beer and have something to eat in the mid summer heat… Tapa’s are average go for drink and view…

Food was slow to arrive. Hot dishes arrived cold. One had a hair in it. It wad quickly replaced and for a change the replacement was hot. Meh will not visit again.

The food was average for a tapas place. This seems more like a chain restaurant. We sat here for the views of the grand avenue and for people watching!

Not the best place for tapas, although the menu is certainly friendly enough for foreigners to read. Although there are a bunch of options, the food was way too salty for my taste. Service was good until the end when the waitress asked me where I was from. After I told her «Texas,» she then wanted to ask where I was really from, because my appearance obviously suggested I was from elsewhere. I understand etiquette in other countries is different, but it still felt uncalled for. Anyways, nice atmosphere but not really worth going to.

This was a great little find. I loved sitting at the bar and ordering from the display (much like a sushi bar).
I was a little skeptical that a restaurant with a photo-​by-​photo menu of each item could impress… but I was wrong. The cold, dense cubes of tortilla (Spanish omelette) were my favorite the whole trip. You just can’t beat an Estrella and an assortment of tapas this place offers.

We took a place On the bar near the window. Was a nice place… For a good price ! I give a light 4.

Ambiance is nice ans modern and seems fun. Servers are nice but can be forgetful at times. Also may misunderstand the order… if you sit at the bar you can see all the action.
The sangria was good, but it is made with Fanta. They pour bottles into it!
The calamari is good. Good texture. The croquets was ok. The meat plate is ok. The desserts are basically all the same price. A little on the high side for what you get… the crème brule was ok.
Prices are a little high because of the area its in, so it’s understandable. However be careful and check your bill thoroughly. There might be some extras that you never ordered on there… the servers were understanding and did take it off…
All in all an ok experience.

Decidedly average. The portions are expensive and very small, and nothing stands out. Service is slow and inattentive and key details that any restaurant in Barcelona should nail down (like making sure the aioli on the bravas isn’t like mayonnaisey cream cheese) aren’t well done.

Our server was so nice and the food was delicious. I especially recommend their mojitos!
They have wifi, but they give you the password in individual tickets and it’s only available inside.

Si digo que el precio es barato mentiría. La cantidad en los platos es ridícula, con baja calidad en el producto. ¿Entonces por que cobran tanto?

Situé sur le très animé Passeig de Gracia en face de la Casa Battlo (à visiter d’ailleurs), Tapa Tapa est une chaine de restaurants que l’on retrouve un peu partout à Barcelone. Bön, je sais, vous allez me dire: «les chaînés, c’est pas bien blabla» mais je vous dirais que cela doit aussi faire l’objet de toute expérience gastronomique qui plus est à l’étranger. On apprend aussi beaucoup de ce genre de restaurant.
Clairement touristique, le lieu grouille de monde à tout heure de la journée. Les serveurs sont débordés et tentent de garder le sourire malgré tout. J’ai opté pour plusieurs assiettes de tapas qui né m’ont pas laissé un souvenir impérissable mais qui né m’ont pas non plus rebuté. Un peu cher pour Barcelone mais bon c’est un peu les Champs Elysées ici…
Le plus: les horaires tardifs de ce genre de restaurants.
Le moins: pas vraiment authentique

Definitely is one of the nicer Tapas places in the area. The food is great though and definitely try the Cava Sangria, it will be worth it. The servers are nice, a bit hard to get a hold of at times and you really have to stay on top of them otherwise they will forget things. That seems to be a barcelona thing though. It’s great to sit outside at night and watch people haggle with the street sellers of fake bags.
Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed some great food and I would recommend you check it out if you are in the area.

Stumbled here for breakfast and had the eggs and bacon special, not bad for less than 4 euro! The bacon was one of the best I’ve had. It tasted really smoky. Portions are fair you get two sunny side up eggs.

On s’est arrêté fatigués et assoiffés après une séance de shopping sur la rambla. Le service n’est pas top, on s’est assis a une table en terrasse et le serveur nous légèrement remonté les bretelles car il fallait attendre qu’il nous installe, sauf qu’il né nous regardait pas et il n’y avait personne d’autre a attendre d’être installé …
Dommage pour le personnel, sinon les tapas sont SUPER!!! La sangria est bonne, mais grosse déception, ils né servent pas de caña locale.
L’expérience a été un peu décevante, mais la serveuse qui s’est occupé de nous a la fin (une autre qu’à l’arrivée) a été très souriante et sympathique et donc ça a amélioré nettement notre état d’esprit, le demi litre de sangria pour moi et le litre de bière pour mon mari ont très probablement aidé aussi :)
4 étoiles pour leur tapas (j’en bave encore!) qui étaient tellement bons que j’ai même oublié de prendre quelques photos…

Tapa chain has multiple locations. One by the Barcelonetta and this one in Las Ramblas close to Gaudi’s Casa Batllo which looks amazing at night.
I recommend it for sharing a big pitcher (6 glasses) of sangria which also comes in a small size (3 glasses). Some of the favorite tapas were the croquettes and the grilled squid. The patatas bravas are drowned in sauce; I’d ask for the «salsa y aioli al lado» on the side.
Easy to order by number. Service is slow and understaffed for the busy touristy area. If you just want simple no muss no fuss, it’s ok.

Tenía unos recuerdos bastante buenos de Tapa Tapa para haber comido allí un par de veces cuando trabajaba en Barcelona durante el verano de 2007, cuando era todavía joven y novicio en cocina española. ¡ Por haber regresado allí hace poco, me desengañé rápidamente!
La hago corta: fuimos alli con mi mejora amiga y mi compañero de piso y probamos unas patatas bravas, chorizo, una tortilla de patatas y varios otras tapas.
Veredicto: raciones el 30% más pequeñas que en cualquier otro sitio, tapas globalmente menos buenas e industriales, para precios un 30% más caros.
El restaurante saca provecho vilmente de su situación privilegiada en el Paseo de Gracia para practicar precios abusivos y desproporcionados. Si estás en el barrio véte a la Cerveceria Catalana algunas calles más arriba, ¡ la espera es más larga pero el resultado en el plato y la cuenta verdaderamente valen la pena!

J’avais plutôt un bon souvenir de Tapa Tapa pour y avoir mangé quelques fois quand je travaillais à Barcelone pendant l’été 2007, quand j’étais encore jeune et culinairement novice. Pour y être retourné il y a peu, j’ai vite déchanté !
Je la fais courte: testé les patatas bravas, le chorizo, la tortilla et plusieurs autres.
Verdict: rations 30% + petites que partout ailleurs, globalement moins bonnes et industrielles, pour des prix 30% + chers.
Le resto profite bassement de sa situation privilégiée sur le Paseo de Gracia pour pratiquer des prix abusifs et disproportionnés. Si vous êtes dans le quartiez préférez largement la Cerveceria Catalana quelques rues plus hauts, l’attente est plus longue mais le résultat dans l’assiette et l’addition en valent vraiment a chandelle !

Zwar nicht am Passeig de Gracia, aber die Läden scheinen alle gleich zu sein. Keine Empfehlung wenn man authentisch es Essen mag. Qualität ok, unfreundlicher Service, schlechte Auswahl an Speisen. Eher so eine Art McDonalds auf Tapas Art und mit Service. Immerhin der Kaffee war gut.

Die Tapas waren nicht schlecht, die Atmosphäre eher kühl, die Klimaanlage war außerdem zu kühl und die Toiletten echt ekelig. Die Kellner soweit nett, aber um einen gemütlichen und typisch spanischen Abend zu erleben, ist es nicht der richtige Laden. Erinnert eher an einen etwas besseren Fast Food Laden mit spanischem Essen.

Touristische Tapasbar mit TapasFastFood. Die Kellner waren nett, das Essen eher langweilig aber OK. Die Toiletten allerdings waren mit Erbrochenem und Kot verunreinigt. Absolut inakzeptabel!

Platos excelentes, eso sí, come con moderación, o lleva la cuenta en tu cabeza de lo que has gastado, aunque con el paladar disfrutando así, es difícil.

Tapa Tapa es otra opción tanto para los turistas gauditanos como para la movida barcelonesa del Eixample, es de los más antíguos de la zona y yo siempre he comido bién.

Das Essen war hervorragend, die Bestellung unkompliziert, wir empfehlen die Plätze an der Bar.
Am Ende waren wir mit der Wahl sehr zufrieden.

Very good tapas and a greet variety of them. And you get the menu with pictures of the tapas which is very helpful. The have also German beer like «Löwenbräu» …

Tapa tapa extra !
Nous sommes 10 français qui cherchaient un bon restaurant pour bien manger et pas trop cher. Qualité de service excellente, serveurs aimables et compétents, bonne ambiance et nouriture délicieuse, service rapide ! Très bonne soirée à Barcelone !

Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut. Das Ambiente ist aber nicht besonders. Sehr laut und vor allem «arrogantes» und gestresstes Personal.
Deshalb rate ich eher von diesem Betrieb ab!

Die Tapas sind lecker und ansprechend zubereitet. Der Preis ist allerdings nicht als günstig zu bezeichnen. Zu zweit haben wir für 45.- EUR gegessen und es hätte eigentlich noch mehr sein können.
Der größte Kritikpunkt ist allerdings der Service, der eine einzige Katastrophe war. Nicht nur enorme Wartezeiten (man wartet schonmal 30 Minuten auf einen Wein, trotzdem es nicht mal voll war), sondern auch noch absolut unfreundliches Personal. Als dann auch noch mehr auf der Rechnung abgerechnet worden ist, als wir bekommen haben, war es dann endgültig vorbei. Nicht einmal dafür hielt man es für nötig sich zu entschuldigen.
Fazit: Essen sehr gut, aber teuer. Wegen des mangelnden Service und der Unfreundlichkeit, würde ich es aber nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr leckere Tapas zu annehmbaren Preisen. Gemütliches Ambiente und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Vor drei Jahren hätte ich noch 5 Sterne gegeben, weil das so ein tolles Restaurant ist. Aber der Besuch im Februar 09 hat jetzt meine Bewertung mitbeeinflußt: Es ist sehr bekannt geworden, auch unter der Woche sind kaum mehr Einheimische da, fast nur Touristen.
Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr gut, wobei es ratsam ist sich an die Bar zu setzen, weil da das Service schnell (nach spanischen Maßstäben) und persönlich ist — auch in der Beratung bei der Tapa Auswahl.
An den Tischen kommt es zu Wartezeiten und das Service ist mangelhaft.

Die Tapas-​Bar in Barcelona. Es gibt Tapas, Tapas, Tapas, und mehr Tapas. Ist ein absolutes Muß und ersetzt jedes Essen in Barcelonas City Center.
Hier gibt es viele Tapas-​Bars, aber bisher habe ich keine gefunden, die diese toppen könnte.

Bekannte und super nette Tapasbar auf der Shoppingstraße Passeig de Gracia.
Der Eingang wird von 2 riesengroßen Tapas-​Vitrinen eingerahmt, vorne im Imbiss-​Teil isst das arbeitende Volk seine Mittags-​Tapas zu einem gut gezapften, deutschen (!) Bier. Hinten in dem Restaurant-​Teil nimmt man Platz, wenn man mehr Zeit hat und alles ein bisschen gepflegter sein soll.
Die Karte befindet direkt vor einem auf dem Tisch, alle Tapas sind schön bebildert — man findet also, was einem schmeckt, auch wenn man wie ich kein Spanisch spricht. Die Qualität ist prima und die Bedienung ist sehr, sehr zuvorkommend. Preise sind auch OK und die Zusammensetzung des Publikum ist angenehm, d.h. nicht zu touristisch.

Calidad ajustada, precios algo elevados para lo que sería un bar de tapeo al uso. Bastante orientado al turismo aunque encontraréis mayoría de autóctonos en sus mesas. Cuesta bastante encontrar mesa, pero la calidad compensa. Buen sitio para hacer la primera parada antes de ir a cenar a algún otro sitio o hacer un alto en el camino en una jornada de compras.

las tapas de este local. es todo muy bueno, los montaditos, las cazuelas los pinchos, bueno, todo. El local es muy amplio y a pesar de eso es muy difícil coger mesa a algunas horas. Eso significa que tiene una calidad reconocida y unos precios asequibles, aunque es mejor que no vayas con mucha hambre porque te pones las botas y vacías la cartera en un periquete

Noch nie hab ich eine derartige Auswahl an Tapas gesehen. Alles ganz wundervoll. Und nicht mal teuer.

C’est propre, beau et accueillant… ça né fait pas grand resto mais plutôt bistro à tapas… mais alors là attention: le choix est là ! Vous pouvez choisir sur les sets de table qui servent de carte, plus d’une cinquantaine de petits tapas froids ou chauds, il y en a pour tous les goûts… et c’est bon ! Les brusquettas le sont particulièrement… pour moi, c’est l’esprit de Barcelone qui réside dans ce petit resto.

On vient, on mange et… on revient, on remange et… on rerevient…
Bön alors Tapa Tapa je dirais que c’est un peu comme Txapela (ils sont voisins) mais dans le plus pur style espagnol ce coup ci, la qualité est au rendez-​vous le service ultra efficace (c’est une constante en Espagne) et on mange pour une somme dérisoire vu le prix. Bref, allez-​y sans crainte. Cependant pour manger des tapas traditionnels on préférera aller dans un vrai petit bar à tapas plus convivial et d’une qualité de produits supérieure, le problème étant de trouver le bon parmis la multitude de petits troquets barcelonais. C’est pas toujours gagné d’avance, bon courage ou allez chez Tapa Tapa vous né serez pas déçus.

Le meilleur resto de tapas de Barcelone
Réellement, les tapas c’est super bon, mais à Tapa Tapa, c’est encore meilleur! La carte est pleine de photos et donne envie! On mange pour pas cher et vraiment c’est celui qui propose les plats les plus originaux (parmi ceux que j’ai visités !) Situé en pleine ville et en face de la casa Batlo, c’est un rendez-​vous incontournable ! Enjoy !
