Delicious fresh grilled fish. We came with a party of six and ordered the sole, turbot, and scampi(langoustine, shrimp). The sole was the favorite of the night. Also enjoyed a bottle of Figuero wine(dark, red). The waiter knocked over my glass of wine when clearing the table, though I received nothing — no apology or filled glass — to replace it. Still service was good. Very Spanish. Rustic. Intimate. Would recommend this place to others!

After a forty minute wait in mid — September, this dated choice was rather disappointing. Amateurish Service + Mediocre Food = Much Less than Stellar. The appetizer of vegetable terrine was sublime. The mains, not so. Unsure about the previous hype, but the whole dorado fish that followed was tasteless. After being boned, sloppily so, and rather bland, even left with scaly skin. The bass was a better choice. During the meal, our server never looked our way, and was inattentive. At the end, I did say that I didn’t want it, while it was fully intact albeit sloppily as it was delivered, he did nothing. I saw him speaking with a manager, and still my inquiry was unanswered. Both wait help seemed untrained. Some many great restaurants in this town, and so many good fish dishes, elsewhere. Our ending gift was a tiny display of charred marshmallows and bits of chocolate on popsicle sticks standing to attention. It was the largest display if attention that night. It reminded me of artistic s’mores. We paid and left, never to return.

Cute and popular restaurant with a nice little patio, but unfortunately, if you’re a non-smoker, that means you’ll either have to put up with smoke or move inside. Inside is nice enough though, and the staff, which speaks good English, are friendly and efficient. The food specialty is grilled whole fish of various species. Of all the ones we had, the monkfish was the best one. Dessert was good and they gave us some complimentary dessert wine to finish off the meal. The mint tea there was the best ever.
