Serantes I y II

This is a fantastic seafood restaurant! As you enter, it looks like a typical basque cafeteria/​bar, but upstairs is a full white tablecloth restaurant. They specialty is seafood but they have beef as well. I have posted several photos that document the freshness and quality of their food.

We werei n Bilbao for business and got a tip from our bartender in the hotel that their food was amazing. We walked there and went upstairs and was seated right away. We kind of got the feeling we werent high on the priority list since we were Americans, but I wont hold that against them. After gettnig drinks and ordering, they brought us hot fresh bread which was outstanding. I ordered Solomillo (steak) and it was great, the local mushrooms were to die for. My wife got the sole which was good, but a bit too bony for her. My colleague got the halibut, which was excellent. Sorry for the review with lack of detail, but I just wrote my first review today and after being helped by other reviews while i was out of town, I decided to review everything I can.

La cafeteria-​bar-​restaurante ofrece un ambiente cuidado para un publico adulto. El menu esta muy trabajado con platos elaborados y la cafeteria y bar trabaja muy bien a cualquier hora del dia.
