We’ve been going to the same area in Spain for years. This year we arrived, and when visiting the usual watering hole, we found that James, a guy who’s been preparing us Sangria for a few years was no longer there. We were delighted to find he had started his own place down the road, so. off we went to say hi. Its a great little suntrap of a place, but we mainly went there in the evenings, after having scraped and scoured off the thick layers of sunscreen. Its comfortable to sit and squander the hours away. The food is great! The first night we were there, we had a mixture of tapas, and everything was good. As my birthday was in a couple days, my husband spoke to James to organise a birthday lunch for me. Fair play to him, he layed it on. A special chicken and chorizo paella for me and lots of seafood for the hubby. I even tried the seafood, and it was lovely. even though I don’t really eat it. Hubby raved about the muscles, in fact he’s still talking about them a week later! Plenty of cava sangria was made for me and after lunch James came out with a cake he had picked out and he had even put candles on it! It was a lovely day. Most evenings we made our way here for drinks and to chill out. Oh, and free decent Wi-Fi!
