This Michelin star restaurant was the perfect last meal on our Spain honeymoon journey. We had the 8 course tasting which exceeded all our expectations in all senses; taste, smell, sight. it was just superb. The food was plated to perfection, full of character and class. So beautiful that you didn’t even want to eat it. The Crispy tuna, the Mallorcan prawn served 2 ways, the medallion of cebon and dessert to finish it off (aperatif’s and digestif’s served throughout). It was truly a culinary experience. The service was spectacular and the staff is knowledgeable and can answer most of the questions you may have. The wine list is extensive and has lots to choose from. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and is very quiet and classy.
The one comment I want to add, although it may have just been our misunderstanding, is the champagne served upon being seated. The waiter rolled over a cart of various champagnes and cavas and offered us a glass. We both independently assumed this was on the house and chose our pick. At the end of the evening, the bill had one 30E glass and another 47E glass charge, in addition to the wine we drank. If we knew that to begin with, we would not have had the champagne and ordered additional wine instead.
We loved the St. Regis, and loved the food at this restaurant. We will surely be back for an anniversary-​moon soon!

das beste Restaurant in dem ich je war! hatten ein 7 Gaenge Menü mit Super leckeren weinen! grandios! immer wieder gern! liegt im Hotel madavall und hat jeden Stern verdient!
