Alingui

Tasty food and great service, I will visit again!
The restaurant is located in El Chaparral, a residential area between the two salt lakes (las Lagunas de Torrevieja y La Mata). This is one of their three locations and it is less busy than the one in the city center (other locations are on their website, just added it to the listing). The food and the prices are the same in all three restaurants.
Tried pork knuckle, stroganoff beef and chicken, smoked salmon salad and bread with ham (all pictured). Everything tasted great and freshly made. They bake their own buns, really enjoyed them. I think the sauces they served (ali-​oli and tomato) were also made here, tasted differently from what I tried in other places. Red house wine was fine. Tiramisu desert was delicious!
They say they are an international cuisine restaurant — a bit of everything from everywhere. The menu is quite long and I was surprised all meals were available. One can visit several times and try different food. I will definitely be back!

UPDATE (5 hours later): I will never remember the name of the restaurant :-) I typed it several times in pics’ captions, wrote a review and shared it all over the place. Still can’t remember it!!! 5 stars anyway :)

Best restaurants best food best menu best value for money in torrevieja I have been too. 38euro for 2 starters 2 mains 2 deserts 2 beers and 2 wines!
Starters had callimari which were lovely and garlic prawns which were amazing.
Mains had swordfish which was beautiful and pork tenderloin in oporto sauce this was the highlight beautifully cooked and lovely sauce
Desert we had cheesecake and apple strudel both were very nice! Another plus were the staff always having a joke friendly with every table. we will be back again

Been twice now with friends, all tried each others’ food and not a bad dish yet.
Would recommend, and will continue to eat at Alingui.
Menu del día is € 7.90 for starter, main and dessert. Good choice of food and not the usual cheap food either.

He estado allí dos veces con amigos y todos hemos probado la comida de lo demás, no hemos encontrado un mál plato.
Recomiendaré, continuaré comer en Alingui.
Menú del día cuesta € 7.90 para entrante, segunda plato y postre. Buena gama de platos y son comidas de buena calidad.

Vor allem das Daily Menü für nur 7,90 €.
Ich habe mir als Vorspeise die Champignon, die Hauptspeise Schweinshaxe und Dessert Tiramisu bestellt. Meine Frau hatte Tomaten Mozarella und chicken with ham, Cheese and Chips.
Die Speisekarte war zwar nur auf spanisch und englisch aber hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört
Wirklich super zu empfehlen
