It’s an irish pub. in Spain. if your expectations are in the right place, Hannigan’s will tick all the boxes. The 5 euro heavy-pour gin and tonics were a nice touch.

A great place to watch the world cup! Friendly and efficient staff were helpful in getting us food as soon as the kitchen opened. Yes, it is an Irish Pub, no they do not serve free Tapas with every drink. There are plenty of other places that do that in granada. If you are looking for a place to drink and watch a game, this works great.

A great place to have beers and watch a World Cup match. Unfortunately it’s hard for me to stay at a bar in Granada that doesn’t serve tapas with its drinks. Boo. That said, they have an amazing selection of beers and ciders you won’t likely find in your typical Spanish watering holes. Food was A-Ok.

I only had a beer here, so I don’t have much of an opinion. This seems like a chill Irish pub, and they have all of the football/soccer games from Sky TV. People seem friendly. The night we were there it seemed to be mostly non-Spanish Europeans. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ve found it.

A great place to have a beer and meet internationals. No, it’s not your typical tapas bar where ordering a drink gets you a snack as well, but I’ve never walked out wishing I hadn’t gone. I always meet someone knew, get advice on other cool places in the area, or end up bar hopping with other Hanniganers! The staff is great. bilingual. I believe the owner is straight out of Dublin. Very friendly guy. My first time in he went out of is way to come over to our table, take our order there instead of at the bar, and invite us to an event that would take place later on in the week. Prices are normal. 2.50 euros for a glass of red wine or beer on tap. I had a Corona and paid 2.75. Great pub atmosphere. Can’t wait to try their Irish Breakfast on a Saturday morning!

It is almost tantamount to a crime in my mind to visit an Irish Pub in a city like Granada. Though it must be said the staff were pleasant enough and the place was clean and tidy and the Guinness well poured there is still no excuse! For one your round of drinks will cost four times what it would in any other bar in Granada, for another its one of the only places not to do free tapas with every drink. For a third and final there just isn’t any atmosphere(because everyone else is at the aforementioned cheaper, livelier and more filling tapas bars). If your feeling irrationally homesick then by all means but tucked away down a little alley i’d say the effort of finding this place far outweighs the benefits.(Not a bad place just a bad idea, be bold!!)
