Sa Brisa

so bad. we ordered tacos and they brought 3 lettuce leaves for 8 eur with some kind of weird chip. so expensive & disgusting. The menu said tacos with avocado and there was no avocado anywhere, when we told the owner he was like not caring at all. I’d never recommend this place.

Das Sa Brisa ist eine Offenbarung, außergewöhnliche internationale Küche treffen hier auf Tapas.
Man sitzt draußen in der Fußgängerzone und beobachtet das nächtliche Treiben.
Meine Vorspeise war eine Tartar-​Variation, Lachstartar mit Avocado, Thunfischtartar mit Fischkaviar und Rindertartar, insgesamt sehr milde Geschmacksnoten, die tollen Rohwaren standen im Vordergrund.
Das Ceviche dagegen war eine Geschmacksexplosion: angenehme Schärfe und intensive Limettennoten treffen auf absolut frische rohe Muscheln, Garnelen und Fisch.
Der Fleischgang war ein Skirt Steak, welches zart und saftig war.
Begleitet wurde das ganze vom exzellenten offenen Wein (Ribera del Duero).
War ein toller Abend, nicht ganz billig, pro Person etwa ab 50 € aufwärts.

Sa Brisa is a terrific little fusion tapas restaurant in the heart of Ibiza Town that is a great/​friendly spot for anyone around the area.
Food-​wise, think of your traditional Spanish tapas dishes and then give them all an interesting spin. The chef here loves to play around with flavors, texture and expectations so there’s a lot of interesting (and usually delicious) final dishes. This includes an amazing stuffed tomato with cream/​crackers to a Chinese bun lamb slider to a very crazy looking egg/​noodle dish. Even the dessert, a seemingly normal-​sounding greek yogurt turns out to be an exquisite mix of yogurt/​cream/​fruit with flavors all packed throughout the plate.
The final price is also fairly solid — coming out about 30 euros for an individual (about 4 tapas/​dessert/​drink).
Sa Brisa is pretty easy to find when you hit Paseo de Vara de Rey (they have a middle section in the park as well as the main restaurant on the right side of the park) with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The décor is pretty; service is solid in both English/​Spanish and had little complaints about the area which wasn’t too bustling and fairly calm.
If you love a little spin on the traditional tapas formula with some solid service and great flavors, Sa Brisa comes highly recommended!

I mean no disrespect, but the food here is ORGASMIC! The Flavors are ALL THERE and firing on all cylinders! I beeeeggggged the chef for the recipe of the salad dressing on the Lobster salad. The food here was sooo good, on a 2 day visit to Ibiza, I ate here both days. This was the FIRST and the BEST time I have ever accidentally wandered into a restaurant, and loved everything I had on the menu. And i sampled a lot of their menu, bc i just couldn’t believe how great the food was. Definitely a place to try. make a reservation during busy season, bc they are a little small.

Amazing tapas. Everything we got was amazing! The staff and restaurant is upscale. There was three of us that shared six tapas. Just the right amount of food.

This gastropub was a pleasure to stumble upon on our way back down from Eivissa. The waiter explained how every dish was crafted and the unique elements of each plate. The food was hands down best tapas I’ve had in Spain and the presentation was beautiful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good service, our plates started coming out really quickly with just enough time in between each one to breath a little. Legendary place with amazing food and such classy décor, which was really amazing for four college students who’ve been living off greasy food in between clubs

I’m being totally honest when I say that these are the best tapas I’ve had in my life. I’m not a huge fan of tapas but when I tried these gastronomic ones I was blown away. The attention to all details in terms of presentation, taste, and texture was meticulous. I saw they had a «recommended in the Michelin Guide 2015» and that just solidified my opinion of this gastro bar as they call themselves. It’s really more of a stylish yet cozy restaurant. The prices are extremely affordable with many priced at 5 to 7 euros. In fact, the more affordable ones sometimes are tastier and larger than the expensive ones. I recommend the calamari tapas, falafel salad, huevos and quesadillas. Don’t be fooled by the simple names; these are actually quite intricate dishes.

Nach unserer Ankunft auf Ibiza sind wir in die Stadt gefahren und hier gelandet um zu frühstücken. Wir hatten Toasts, Sandwiches, diverse frische Säfte und ein paar Gläser Cava. Die Dame vom Service war sehr nett, Speis und Trank tadellos und auf der überdachten Terrasse hatten wir im Schatten einen wunderbaren Tisch. Und am Ende eine wirklich positive Überraschung — mit der kleinen Rechnung — da alles sehr günstig war.
