Lustau

Lustau seems to be a higher class of Sherry with only 1 English-​tour/​day; perhaps even only 1 tour/​day during the Fall season.
Starts: 11am (45-​minute tour)
Walk-​ins are welcome, but reservation is highly recommended and available on their website. From my observation, it seemed that they pair the basic tour (€ 15) and the full tasting tour (€ 25) together. You’ll receive the same snacks with the exception of 4 extra tasting for the full tasting tour. Is it worth it, nah…
The guide today seemed frazzled and overwhelmed with our group of 20, but I still thoroughly enjoyed my tasting of sherry. We started with light Finos and ended up with sweet Pedro Jimenez. The tasting included 8 various types of Sherry that Lustau offers.
If you intend to buy anything, pay for your tasting and purchase as soon as possible. The credit card machine is super slow at Lustau, so you might be waiting awhile before making your purchases. You’ve been warned!

Sehr schöné Bodega mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbreiten Mitarbeitern.
Ich kam ohne Anmeldung und wollte nur ein wenig einkaufen. Nachdem ich schon mehrere Bessichtungen hinter mir hatte, wollte ich nur in den Shop. Nachdem ich fertig war, habe ich die ausgelassene Führung ein wenig bereut.
Eine Führung wäre auch ohne Anmeldung in deutsch möglich gewesen, und die Bodega ist kleiner und ruhiger als Gonzales Byass oder Sandemann.
Der Shop ist super sortiert und die Waren werden zu guten/​normalen Preisen verkauft. Hier habe ich einen Brandy erstanden der in speziellen Fässern gelagert wurde und nicht im Handel erhältlich ist. Nach der Verkostung kann ich nur Suuuuuuuuper sagen. Mir wurde angeboten, dass ich mich bei Wünschen direkt an die Bodega wenden kann und mir die Ware zugeschickt wird.
