I came back from walking around and i found that they didnt really clean just fold whatever and let it be. Front desk people are very nice –and very helpful. It is also in good location. So there are good and bad opinion. Just wanted to share.
Okay so i came back room and they have not give me a cover its 2:00am i.
I left room like 8pm and they said he will come «right now»…
So i called front desk and asked cover.
And one guy came up and give cover looking not clean at all i feel like they throw on the floor and did not wash (look like)
It is first time at madrid and i did not have any experience at barcelona .
I feel itch and i dont have any cover to sleep in. Or maybe i should use it ?
I gave 3 star and now i changed to 1 star. Just because its wrong … Customer is king and ill show yall the cover they give and how it was fold

Nice hotel!
Only complaint us that the shower doors are short so when taking a shower the floor gets wet and you need to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water which wastes towels.

Great location for a great price. Down the street from the Prado, great shopping and the train station. The hotel staff was not terrible, but it wasn’t the best service I’ve ever had either. The breakfast provided by the hotel left much to be desired. The wifi password changed several times, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall… good hotel for the price, but don’t expect an astonishing experience… the city of Madrid will make up the difference.

Very nice hotel situated next to Parque de el Retiro and close by to el Centro (Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Prado National Musuem).

This is a very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. It is Very close to our favorite bar Retro and the Prado and the Atocha train station. Our room was very nice, clean and hot water. To get the lights to work — stick your card key in the slot by the door.

Este hotel está bastante bien. Son cuatro estrellas y no es excesivamente caro (90 euros una amplia habitación para tres personas nos costó), y el servicio de la cafetería y de habitaciones funciona bastante bien.
El problema es que, según la información que encuentras en internet, se encuentra en el llamado «Triángulo del Arte de Madrid»; es decir, entre el Prado, el reina Sofía y el Thyssen, y luego no es verdad del todo.
Si no conoces Madrid te la cuelan.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel. Its location is great if arriving by train, (ATOCHA)and there are many points of intrests nearby, Prado Musuem, Parque del Retiro, Reina Sofia Museum, etc. The hotel staff was very nice and they had answers to pretty much all of our questions concerning locations of certain points of intrest and times they were open.

lA situacion de este hotel es perfecta en la capital ya que tiene muchos sitios emblematicos muy cerca tales como museos, parques, etc. etc .Que no queremos andar pues tambien tenemos solucion ya que a 200 metros tenemos una estacion de metro en el que podemos ir a todos los sitios. El personal de hotel son una delicia hombre alguna vez te encuentras la cruz pero por lo demas esta bien, e incluso les consultas horarios o cualquier sitio de madrid
