The tapioca balls are much better than I expected! It’s better than some places in LA. I’ve tried the milk tea with green tea but it wasn’t my favorite. I went another time and got the taro and I love it! I believe the smaller size was about 2,80 euros and the bigger size was a little over 3 euros.

Being the only and first place in Madrid where I can get bubble tea, I am giving it five stars. They have a huge variety of teas, hot and cold and the two or three that i’ve tried so far have been delicious!

From pizzas to tapas, I always thought Fuencarral had it all. That is until I walked by this place last weekend and realized what it was always in fact missing: Bubble Tea! That’s when it hit me– does ANYONE in Madrid even know what Bubble Tea is? I feel like I get around the city a lot and never once have seen such a shop here. Well, it happens to be one of my favorite refreshing treats and I had to try it right away. The choices are simple. Do you want a simple fruit, milky or yogurt tea? Next, pick your flavor, hot or cold, and the type of bubble you want! If this all sounds overwhelming, don’t worry, there is a very friendly staff on hand to explain everything to you and even dole out a sample or two if you are very confused. I went with a cold mango flavor green tea with bubbles bursting with intense strawberry flavor. There is no place to sit down inside so it’s a perfect grab and go drink to fuel you up as you’re walking along. Even if you have never had this Asian import, I suggest to go try it now and be one of the first to get in on this trend I hope sweeps the city!
