Nice, clean and tidy hotel, big room for a good rate. Delicious breakfast except the coffee. The receptionist could have been friendlier though.

I originally booked a different hotel that’s 10 minutes away from Santiago Bernabeu by foot since I got a ticket to a Real Madrid game but my sister stayed at this hotel a few months ago and told me to stay here since it’s only a 5-​minute walk away from Bernabeu. If you’re not in Madrid to go to Santiago Bernabeu then this hotel isn’t going to work for you as it is a 30-​minute metro ride/​15-​minute at 15euros cab ride to Plaza Mayor and other touristy places. There is a metro station by Santiago Bernabeu.
My room and the lobby are nice. The marble bathroom is heated which is good. Bring your own conditioner, lotion and of course, toothpaste. I can smell cigarette smoke in my room. There’s no wifi and you have to pay for DSL in your room.
I do like their breakfast buffet though. Spanish goodies such as pan de tomate, jamon iberico, pastries, etc. They also have bacon, sausage, eggs, fruits, cereals and rolls.
There’s a Starbucks across the street… they have free wifi! Aside from the internet issue, they don’t have a ramp or a bellhop so, if you have luggage, you’re on your own getting past the steps to get in the hotel.
