Sitio agradable.

Painfully slow, inatentive, forgetful, even boarder line rude service. Our group of three waited 2.5 hours for a burger and salad. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the burger with onions and bree that I got was actually pretty good, but not worth the very bad service. I went back the next night for a beer with 7 Co workers, and it too our group 30 minutes in a very hot quiet bar to each get one beer.

Nice ambience, quick service, good food. I went simple and had spaghetti bolognese and a grilled ham sandwich(just two slices of ham with Brie cheese between them). Very tasty.

It’s a once place to drink some beers from Europe, like Belgium and Irish. I like the decoration and the terrace are real good at night

Loved this place! I found it accidentally while I was looking for another place and just settled for The Monk’s instead. The space is incredible– a former church I assume, or if it’s not, they did an amazing job making it look that way. Vaulted ceilings, crazy chandeliers, etc. Just a beautiful room to have a drink– I added two photos to try to do it justice. The food was pretty solid too– I got a spanish quesadilla(sorry, I was weary from a long road trip) as well as a goat cheese an onion tarte I think. Both were way more refined and substantial than what we in the States expect from bar food. The drink(Hendrick’s & soda) was properly presented in a huge sniffer, sliced cucumber & lime, with soda on the side for me to add my desired amount. I think it might have been like 8 euro, but so be it. It was worth it. Twice. I was there on a Wednesday night with Real playing on TV(it was an away game, I assume scene would have been different if the game was at home, just a couple blocks from The Monk’s), and it was pretty quiet. Not dead, but a reserved, small crowd. Very close to the AC Cuzco by Marriott where I was staying, so if you’re there looking for a nearby pub/bar, this is a solid choice. Bartender spoke at least enough English to take my drink and food order(I tried as much as I could in Spanish). Oh, and free Wifi…
