Vips

El servicio en este Vips es de los peores que he conocido. Hay pocos camareros, tardan en pedir nota y también en cobrarte. Las comidas no las sirven como en otros Vips en el aspecto de presentación, cocinado, etc. La verdad es que no creo que vuelva a ir.

Didnt know what food they served but noticed it was busy and saw a lot of billboards in the metro for it so I thought I’d try it. It’s basically American food in Spain… flatbreads, salads, burgers and fries, etc. I had the BBQ chicken flatbread which was good, the chicken supreme was healthy but was a non-​American portion size (ie small) and the chocolate tribute for dessert. Didnt like dessert… too many types of chocolate-​related items thrown into one cup that didnt all mix well and the brownie wasnt good.

After a previous bad experiance, I decided to give Vips another chance with my hotels breakfast being both expensive and not a good choice and the store doing a Gluten free menu.
I was angered to find, They would only make me what was on the gluten free menu and not something naturally gluten free on the other menu, she wouldnt even toast my Gluten Free toast or warm up my Baked Beans product with a possible meal even though I said I would pay for a meal. Although, I understand about the beans the toast was unacceptable.
The waitress continued to just speak spannish to me, instead of english which we were originally talking in even though I didnt understand.
This place was full when I went and seems to be popular with residents, with one bad food experience and now this, I can’t understand the popularity and would not recommend Vips to anyone.
UPDATE: I can’t believe I forgot to mention the one great thing on the menu — I actually did really enjoy a nice flatbread from here which deserves it being pushed up to 2 stars but due to the staff and other food on the menu, I can’t give any more than 2 and I already feel that is being very generous

El servicio es pésimo… Nos han traído el plato equivocado 2 veces y hemos acabado comiendo separados para que no se enfriara el que nos habían traído. Además, comparado con otros VIPS la comida es mucho peor.

El trato del personas es excelente y su rapidez sirviéndote está muy bien, lo malo es que algunos clientes que va alli les molesta que vayan niños con sus padres y les gruñen indicando que hay que educar a esos niños cuando son bebés de 3 u 5 meses, se nota que la vejez pasa factura, pero el sitio es muy agradable tanto para comer, merendar y cenar.

Cademas de resturantes con multitud de establecientos, est een concreto es grande y la atencion es basnate buena, no como los del centro que t mueres esperando.
