Dalt Murada

My wife an I stayed here in the October 2010 while waiting to rendezvous with our family’s yacht. They were sailing around the Balearic Islands for a few weeks and we decided to fly to Palma de Mallorca to hitch a ride for 10 days. We flew in early that morning and was checked in our room at 2pm. Since we had arrived so early, our room was not ready, but they locked up our bags so we could explore the area with out lugging around our gear. We also stayed another night at Dalt Muranda 10 days after sailing around the islands.
I have to say even though there was massive construction on the street where the Hotel was located, we had a wonderful stay. The staff and accommodations were perfect. The room in which we stayed was very classically decorated and the gigantic jacuzzi was great after a 22hr travel from the states and 10 days out on open water.
Staff spoke great english and were very kind to Americans. Actually one individual studied in Tennessee, which is where we are from. They were very accommodating and informative. Gave a great rate and also let us leave some stuff there while we were out to sea. The location is perfect, puts you right in the middle of everything. Walk to the shops, cafes, sites and ocean, within minutes. If we ever go back, with out a doubt, we will stay there again. Absolutely beautiful, safe, cozy and affordable.
