I visit Churreria Avenida at least once a week, either for a dinner or dessert. Once you get the waiter’s attention, you can usually get your food quite quickly. I typically order the bocadillo de pata asada (roasted leg of pork) with queso majorero (aged cheese) and pimento (red pepper), which is ~3 euros. If I go for dessert, I order a chocolate classico and an order of churros.
The food here isn’t refined. It tastes great to me when I wait and wait to cook dinner, realize that I don’t have groceries, and want to eat quickly. It’s also a great spot to eat, sit, and chat right outside on Ave. Mesa y Lopez.

Die erste Adresse dich ich in Las Palmas aufgesucht habe. Hier gibts Alkohol wie in einer Bar, Frühstück und Churros wie in einem Café.
Die Bedienung war eher wie in einer Bar, das Essen war ganz ok, alles zusammen nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht schlecht.
