A very friendly spot to stop by, with a nice mix of English and Spanish locals. Just like all English run bars in Spain, it shows the football but don’t let that put you off! They do regular live music and also the dreaded kareoke but after a couple of monster spirit measures you’ll soon get into the swing of things!
The owner’s are always warm and friendly, and they make a mean pizza, definitely the best in Mazarron. It’s really relaxed during the day, a great place to stop a grab a quiet soft drink and sit out the front patio watching the sea. An interesting mix of Spanish and English décor with some cool gold discs hanging on the walls add to the muso vibe in here and more to the point they sell ice cream — which is just what you need in the hot Spanish sun!
Definitely worth a look if you’re in the area as some of the bars further into the port really aren’t as friendly at all, this has the best atmosphere of them all whether it’s lively or relaxed that you’re after, just pick your time of day!
And it’s a stones throw from the beach so you can have a drink and then go for a quick paddle! Lovely stuff, I’ll definitely seek it out again.
