Pasko’s Balkan Grill

We Love Pasko and his restaurant! We ate an appetizer, three entrees, four desserts, and washed it down with a bottle of wine — between two of us. The food is fresh and perfectly prepared. My wife and I love fish n chips and this is the best we have had anywhere in the entire world. The pork chop, so simple, was also the best we’ve eaten. From the prompt, fun, friendly, attentive, service. The fresh and tasty food. To the wonderful ambiance. Pasko’s is a place I will remember fondly for a lifetime. Could not recommend it higher.

The menu is not extensive but offers the basic — and well done — roasted meat selection. We also had a Balkan salad that was nice. I would prefer a more creative menu but this place will definitely satisfy a craving. The setting affords a nice view of the water below. There is live music every night in the summer.

Desde que volvimos de Bosnia buscamos como locos por Barcelona o alrededores algún restaurante con comida de allí, sólo encontramos burek en algún kebab turco pero un día, tras mucho buscar, Pasko’s Balkan Grill me encontró a mí :)
Así es como fuimos hasta Roses para cenar y la verdad es que no pudo ir mejor, la atención del camarero (creo que se llamaba David) fue perfecta y la comida estaba deliciosa, probamos de todo (más de lo que podíamos comer) y además conocimos a Miodrag Pasko :)
Nos fuimos más tarde de lo previsto, no sin una agradable charla y haber comido el postre típico baklava.
Resumiendo, mereció mucho la pena conducir la hora y media hasta allí!

Three of us visited Pasko’s Balkan Grill for the first time on a 2 week tour around France and Spain and what an experience it was. The owner, Pasko, couldn’t have done more to welcome us and treated us like royalty. He was everywhere keeping tabs on us, our food and if everything was ok.
We sat outside to make best use of the restaurant’s glorious location and given the extensive and international menu, we were grateful for Pasko’s explanations of many of the items.
When our meals arrived, the portions were huge and the food was simply delicious. Two of us had the Pljeskavica a la Pasko’s which were enormous hamburgers stuffed with ham and cheese and took some shifting ! The dessert portions were equally large and delicious.
But more than the location and food, we just couldn’t fault the service. Pasko and his wife were delightful hosts and couldn’t do enough to ensure that this first visit to the area would live long in the memory.
We were on our way to Barcelona and were delighted to have made the detour to experience this restaurant. A MUST VISIT if you are within 50 miles of Roses.

Wir haben im Paskos den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, der Service freundlich und nett und zur Feier des Tages gab es einen Sektempfang aufs Haus.
Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.
