Returned here last night for a special to commemorate more than two decades of friendship with a great friend. When I had conejo (rabbit) over a month ago here, my friend commented he would like to taste that too. Now that they are here in Rota, Spain, i decided to have it too and set it up with Antonio selecting rabbit, with rice. It was great with my friend eating all his within minutes then using the bread to sop up all the gravy which was delicious. We finished it off with a creamy natillas which I have never had before; all tasty and great as is everything in Rota and Spain. Antonio was very attentive though he was very busy with his whole bar filled and busy!
