we arrived to ibiza for the week of our life, we love the country and love the edm music, we came from los angeles and looked forward to the greatest week. checking into the hotel was good and room, view and location excellent. first night after a night of clubbing we ended up at our beach at the hard rock hotel to have a late night swim with friends. our shorts with wallets, phones and passports on the benches. group of men assisted by the hotels security sneaked to our bench and stole all items. suddenly one of our friends started yelling so we ran to them and security didnt help at all. when we confronted the theifs security had walked away and the men were defensive and they ran once we confronted them, again security was no help at all. we ran to the lobby and the manager (bald guy) was a pointless and useless mess, kind of like spain’s sad economy. all security staff was aggressive and rude to us and protected their worthless employee. we saw the security talking to the theifs. police came and was completely a waste of space and air, no manager has called us from the hotel, we have no credit cards and no way to pay for additional purchases. hard rock has the worst customer care and security is full of thieves. we will make the best of this trip and continue to hate the staff at the hotel and love the nightlife in ibiza. paying $ 800 a night i rather have stayed in the gutter, probably safer.

BEAUTIFUL hotel! Hardrock in Ibiza is definitely better than the ones I’ve been to (ie San Diego, CA). The spa is to DIE for!
