I am speechless !!! Ordered flowers and a little teddy bear to a couple enjoying their honeymoon in Paris. They promised to delivered it on August, 19th. Today is the 23rd and nothing!!!
The couple is changing hotels and I feel humiliated !

Just had the worst experience with this company and as a result will now not be able to have flowers delivered in time to my wife who has been overseas for weeks.
I found them while searching for a flower delivery service to a certain town in Costa Rica. They came up in the search, I found what I wanted and placed my order, and I specifically asked in the order if it could be delivered in time to this place. I got a response the day they were supposed to be delivered (today) that they couldn’t which didn’t leave me any options to use another service in time. Not good, not cool, not happy, not going to ever use them again.
