Playa de Almaciga

This beach almost smashed me. It’s a great surf spot, but for me that day it was too difficult. The north coast is wild and i learned it the hard way that day. If it is wild for you as well, there is a much easier spot 500 meters earlier right in front of Casa Africa that is a lot of fun for beginners with mostly small waves.
The beach has great black snow and is located in a most beautiful are, but the you need to drive a long curvy mountain road. The way there is already an excitement.
There is a little booth where you can buy things but not much infrastructure otherwise and i wouldn’t swim in there.
