Quebec is good for what it is — a quick stop to get a tortilla and a drink.
Their pricing model is inexpensive and really easy to understand. You pick a pincho and based on the color of the plate it is on, you know what to pay.
There are 3 locations in Santander, as of the writing of this review, and their food is consistent across all of their locations.
My one gripe about Quebec is that their jamon y queso tortilla doesn’t have full pieces of ham and cheese on it. They put slivers of ham and cheese on the sides of the tortilla to give the appearance that the tortilla has ham and cheese on the inside. That’s just dishonest.
But, don’t be dissuaded because of that. They still have other great tortillas for great prices.

Buen bar de pinchos, buenos vinos y buen servicio.
Lo malo es que suele estar lleno de gente y para comer alguno de los pinchos, al ser bastante elaborados, estas un poco agobiado, pero sus pinchos sin duda merecen la pena.

Me encanta entrar a un bar y encontrarme con una buena barra de pintxos o tapas! Y este es uno de ellos!
Pintxos elaborados y deliciosos.
En una de las paredes tienes escrito el menú, que consiste –sencillamente– en elegir un número de pintxos (3, 6, 10, 25, 50) y regarlo con buen vino!
Para mi, el Quebec es otra de las paradas obligatorias en Santanader.
